Whether you're purchasing a kayak, fishing gear, or accessories, rest assured that our transparent pricing includes these shipping fees.
Shipping times vary based on the product type. For instance, our kayaks are shipped via LTL (less than truckload), which typically takes 1-2 weeks for in-stock models. If you are ordering a customizable kayak, the delivery time may extend to 7-11 weeks. Our smaller parts generally reach you within 5-8 business days.
During peak times, you might experience a delay in shipping your order, with an estimated processing time of 2-6 weeks before shipment. Keep in mind that transit times, once your order is shipped, may add an additional 7-14 days to your waiting period.
When your item is ready for delivery, our selected carrier will call you 24-48 hours in advance to confirm the delivery schedule. It's crucial to ensure we have your correct contact information on record. Being available during this call helps you to coordinate the best time for receiving your kayak or gear.
Inspect your delivery upon receipt for any possible transit issues. If the carrier cannot reach you, they will retain the kayak for 48 hours before attempting delivery. After this period, they will return it to us, which will incur an additional shipping fee should you want it resent. Changing your delivery address also involves a $250 fee.
