Return Policy
At Artigree, we want every customer to feel happy and confident with their purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the product remains unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging. Please take a moment to inspect your package when it arrives. If anything appears damaged, contact us right away so we can help arrange a replacement. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or for delays caused by unpredictable shipping conditions, although we always work hard to meet the delivery estimates listed on our Shipping page.
To start a return, please reach out to us to receive a Return Authorization Number, which should be clearly written on the outside of your return package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and in certain cases a restocking or inspection fee may apply.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for the same product. Simply contact us through our contact page, and our team will assist you with the process.
Once your order has shipped and you have received your tracking number or bill of lading, we cannot issue a refund until the item has been returned to us. If you need assistance with returning an order that is still in transit, please get in touch with us and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
