What is the return policy?
  • 7-Day Easy Returns: You may return your item within 7 days of delivery for any reason, as long as it remains in resaleable condition.
  • 30-Day Quality Guarantee: If your item has a non-human-caused quality issue within 30 days of delivery, you can request a return or exchange.
  • 1-Year Warranty: We offer repair and parts replacement for quality issues within 1 year of delivery (excluding damage caused by misuse).
How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is offered across the entire store; you do not need to pay any additional shipping fees.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Place of Purchase: Returns and exchanges are only available for products purchased through our official store. If you bought Artigree products from another retailer, please follow that retailer’s return policies.
When will I get my order?
  • In most cases, you will receive your goods within a week. This can sometimes vary depending on your location and product availability.
  • We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

*Improper Purchasing and Returns: Artigree's consumer rights and policies are designed to protect the interests of end consumers only, not to protect those who purchase products for resale purposes. Purchasing products for resale or for any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If Artigree determines that a purchase or order is intended for resale, involves fraudulent activity, or fails to adequately meet customer needs (e.g., excessively high return rates), Artigree reserves the right to: (1) suspend any policies designed to provide rights or benefits for direct-to-consumer purchases; (2) take any measures to prevent such purchases or orders, including restricting the sale of products to any consumer, canceling orders, charging restocking fees, limiting purchase quantities, refusing refunds or returns, and/or suspending or closing any accounts.
